From Glasgow, travel down the M74/A74 onto the M6. At Penrith,take the A66 across to join the A1 at Scotch Corner. Stay on this route (sometimes becoming the A1(M)) for just over 100 miles. At J14, bear left on to the A14. Leave the A14 at J53 onto the A1156. At the third roundabout (after the traffic lights) turn left onto A1214 (Valley Road). Carry on to Colchester Road. Turn left at the end of this road and then first right onto Heath Road. Foxhall Road is third on the left and the stadium is about a mile further along the road.
