STARs Tiger Tiger Night

There was another healthy turn out as STARs last winter event was held at Tiger Tiger in Glasgow on Sunday night.

Once the initial sound problems were overcome, the audience was kept entertained by Shane Parker, David Walsh and of course Ivan Mauger with topics covered from nicknames to Grand Prix formats and the current rule book with plenty of opportunity for questions from the floor and the photo session opportunities.

The STARs people have worked hard this winter and its pretty certain that no other supporters have had the variety of events or quality of guests to keep them occupied waiting for the season to start. There may have been one or two technical problems at events but these have been overcome and hopefully the funds raised will continue to publicise Glasgow Speedway.

Well done to those involved in all the STARs events this close season and to all those who supported them.
