GTSSC AGM

There was very little really to report from the AGM of the GTSSC at the Burnside Hotel this evening.

Unfortunately there were no minutes available from last seasons AGM and the Balance Sheet was only handed out to members minutes before the meeting started although the Treasurer went over the main points at the start of the meeting.

Chair Nan Ross in her speech expressed concern at the significant drop in membership of the GTSSC and urged fans to join.

The election for Office Bearers saw Nan Ross returned as Chair, Len Wright as travel convenor and Glen Marsland as Treasurer. There were no nominations for the posts of secretary or social convenor.

There was also a reminder that there is a GTSSC race night at the Burnside on 23rd February and anyone wishing to sponsor a race or a horse should contact one of the Committee.
