Poor Night for Robert at Belle Vue

Robert Ksiezak was in action this evening for Belle Vue in the Elite League but will be disappointed with his score.

Against a team many expect to win the Elite League title, Swindon, Robert only managed to score one point from his five rides and that was in a race with three riders only.

His night had started badly, falling and remounting on the opening bend of his first race and this may have affected him for the remainder of the meeting. Our source at Belle Vue also felt he looked a little jaded this evening and for the first time at Belle Vue looked as if his punishing schedule of late may be taking its toll.

However, it is only one meeting and Robert has up until now been impressing the Belle Vue fans, scoring and riding far better than they had previously expected of him.

Belle Vue won the meeting 47-43 after a last heat decider .
