First Aiders Required - An Appeal

The First Aid team at Glasgow do an excellent job but they are a little low on numbers just now and need some back up - without these guys speedway could not run. Susan has posted the following appeal on Easy Tiger and we would urge anyone who can help to get in touch with her.

Susan writes:-

Hi All

The first aid team at Glasgow have recently lost 3 volunteers for one reason or another.

So I am appealing to anyone out there, who has a First Aid certificate to come and join us 

The new speedway rules state that the First Aid Team should consist of a minimum of 7 people including a  Medical Officer (namely Paramedic/Doctor) and an Ambulance Driver. So the other 5 are covered by us volunteers at Event Medix.
If the full 7 are not available then the meeting cannot take place!! At present, we are relying on some to travel from Edinburgh every week to cover the meeting.

We need more people to come and join us as our volunteer numbers are dropping.
All that is required is a valid First Aid Certificate

If you are interested in helping us, please IM me (on Easy Tiger see here) or alternatively approach one of us on Sunday....you cant miss us, we glow in the dark!!

If anyone has the required First Aid Certificate, please consider giving our excellent medical team a hand. The more the merrier and although we all perhaps don't say it enough, these people are very much appreciated by all.
