Alan Praises Guests

In the 'Around the Tracks' section of the Speedway Star this week, Glasgow promoter Alan Dick is quick to publicly praise all the riders who have guested for the Tigers this season.

He is quoted as saying:-

The loss of Shane Parker has had a huge effect on the team, not just on the track but also off it, and it is credit to those who have guested for the team that Shane's absence has been covered reasonably well so far.
I can't say enough about our guests, and the manner in which they have tackled the job.
Sometimes you never know what level of commitment you are going to get from a guest, but I can honestly say that everyone who has ridden for us has been first class, so I just think it right that we say publicly a big vote of thanks to each and every one of them.
