Now less than 2 weeks to go until the final STARs supporters event of the winter, and to an evening which is certain to provide plenty of speedway
insight, nostalgia and many laughs along the way. With advanced ticket sales the strongest yet for a STARs event, please act now to ensure your place (read on for more details of how to book now).
The event will run from 7pm to 11pm.
Apart from hearing the many views, opinions and stories from Robbie, Chris and Stewart, supporters will also be able to:
- hear a first hand update by the Glasgow promotion
- hear from some of the Glasgow 2008 team
- pick up some valuable speedway memorabilia in a speedway auction (watch out for a further post in the next week with advanced details)
- have pictures taken with the Chris and/or Robert (track photographer Ian Adam will be taking pics - priced just £2.50 - on the night which will be instantly printed and can be autographed / personalised by Chris and/or Robert)
- enjoy some highlights film footage of each of Chris and Robert
- put YOUR questions to the guest panel either directly or in writing
- receive a FREE gift from 2008 Glasgow team sponsor Buildbase
- see if you are drawn as the 100 Club winner for January or February (prospective members can join on the evening too!)
- pick-up some speedway goodies from the track-shop.
It is expected also that tickets will be available on the night for David McAllan's benefit event Friday 7th March (7.30pm) at Four Aces, 1 Barrowfield Street, Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, ML5 4BU with tickets priced at £5 Adult £3 Child.
So, there you are ... come along and meet Tigers Great Robert Nagy AND British No.1 Chris Harris ... and remember, it's only next Friday!
The organisers have had to request more seating based upon ticket sales to date, so there is bound to be a wonderful atmosphere and the event prove to be a cracking night out ..... make sure that you book your seats NOW to avoid disappointment.
Look forward to seeing you there!
