Shane Fright

Tigers fans and speedway fans in general got a fright earlier today when reports from an Australian radio broadcast seemed to indicate that captain Shane Parker had been hospitalised.The Promotion moved quickly to stop all rumours, ascertaining the exact situation and posting on the Official Site within an hour that the reports had been rather exaggerated.
Shane indeed had been unwell and went to hospital to be checked out. It was discovered he was in fact suffering from a strain of mild pneumonia.
He is now well on the road to recovery and has been given the all clear from the hospital.
Get well soon Shane and enjoy the sunbathing!
