Josh and Mitchell Delayed

Mitchell Davey has advised on Easy Tiger today that there has been a further delay with their entry visa's which has meant that he and Josh Grajczonek were not able to start their journey to Glasgow today as planned.

Their work permits had been delayed at the UK end originally but once received the promotion acted quickly to get these out to the youngsters in Australia.

Josh and Mitchell then had to make a 3000 mile round trip to Canberra with the work permits and its understood that the delay is now with the UK Consulate in Canberra who have to issue the entry visa's.

This shouldn't be any more than a minor hold up as it is basically just a rubber stamp excercise but this latest delay must be very frustrating for the promotion and the youngsters themselves.

None of our other Australian riders have been affected by this as Trent has patriality, Shane qualifies through being married to an English lady and Robert holds a Polish passport.

It's not yet known how much of a delay Josh and Mitchell will face and travel arrangements will have to be re-arranged once the paperwork is received.
