Josh scored a very respectable 4+2 from 4 rides at Sheffield tonight on his first outing at the track, finishing the night as the top scoring reserve from either side.

His opening ride looked frustrating for him. he didn't make the best of gates and spent most of the race in third place despite looking quicker than the two riders ahead of him. However with everyone clamped tight to the inside line he just could not find a way through and had to settle for third.

His second outing saw him remedy that however as he managed to execute a neat pass under Danny Warwick towards the end of the opening lap then following Ben Wilson home for a paid win.

On a track heavy from earlier rain, Josh finished at the rear in heat heat and followed that up with a paid second place in his final outing in heat 12.

Josh now moves on to ride again for the Sheffield side at Scunthorpe tomorrow night .
