3+1 for Robert at Coventry

It was another respectable night of Elite League action for Robert Ksiezak as his 3+1 helped Belle Vue to a draw at Coventry.

His first outing in heat 2 was one of the better races of the evening. Robert had made the gate and led the heat in the early stages but a mistake allowed the home side's Andreas Messing through to claim victory with Robert easily holding on to second place.

His second outing saw him miss the gate however and he was unable to get back into the race, finishing at the back - something that was to be repeated in heat 8.

Robert had however not been far off the pace and his gutsy riding again earned him an extra ride in heat 12 when he came in as a reserve switch for Rajkowski who was struggling. Again Robert rode a determined race but was not rewarded with points.

With the meeting finely balanced, Robert was out again in heat 14. His partner Jankowski led in the early stages but after loosing the lead to Coventry's Janniro he settled back to team ride with Robert as they kept Burza at the back to set up a last heat decider.

The last heat decider went Belle Vue's way with the heat advantage being enough to give them a share of the spoils.

Yet again the Belle Vue fans were happy with Roberts performance and gutsy display.
